Kathryn Beauchamp (Central High 1987) is going on her third year in neurosurgery practice at the busiest academic level one trauma center in Colorado.
While she was the chief resident for the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, Beauchamp performed life saving brain surgery on a woman attacked by a serial rapist in Denver and was noted in 5280: Denver’s Mile High Magazine for her heroic procedure.
