Sarah (Werner) Bullock

Sarah (Werner) Bullock is a 1993 graduate of South High. She received a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1997. In 1998, she graduated from American University with a Master of Science in Justice, Law and Society. Sarah currently resides in Haymarket, VA.
As a Special Agent for the United States Secret Service, Sarah has worked in support of the U.S. President and Vice President, and has served as the lead advance agent for 22 foreign head of state and government visits to the Washington, D.C. area.
Since joining the Secret Service in 1998, Sarah has participated in a number of significant investigations and historical events.
As a criminal investigator, Sarah participated in the DC Sniper Task Force investigation in October 2002. She has been recognized for her outstanding work on a joint investigative financial fraud case involving a high-profile identity theft, which resulted in the arrest of five individuals, and for her work as a case agent on an investigation which led to the arrest of a suspect wanted for several murders in the Washington, DC, area.
Sarah has been recognized by the Secret Service for her exceptional effort for the protection of foreign dignitaries during the United Nations General Assembly. Most recently, Sarah served as the lead advance agent for the State Funeral services for former President Ronald Reagan at the Washington National Cathedral.
Sarah also provided critical support to the Secret Service following the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. Immediately following the attacks, Sarah was assigned protective duties in close proximity to the White House and other significant locations in the Washington area. She was also involved in the Secret Service investigative efforts stemming from the attacks.
Regarding her Parkway education, Sarah said, "I have often looked back and been thankful that I was a Parkway grad. In so many instances I have experienced the benefits of the resources, networks and diversity that defines the Parkway School District."
