Kevin T. Hart graduated from South High in 1985. He graduated from the University of Tulsa with a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering in 1989 and from the University of Notre Dame with an MBA in 1993. He lives in University City, TX.

Kevin is a vice president at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, one of the world's largest management consulting firms. He is an executive leader with 15 years of successful accomplishments in consulting and industry, with an emphasis on the telecommunications and energy sectors. He has led numerous successful strategic and technological client engagements and project implementations for a broad range of domestic and international clients, including AT&T Wireless, Comcast, Nextel and SBC.

His work has been recognized in the industry, winning the Telestrategies OSS Systems Integrator of the Year Award and winning the Telestrategies BSS Systems Integrator Award for five straight years. He recently won the 2004 Billing and OSS Operational Excellence Award, a telecommunications industry honor. He has recently been appointed to the board of directors for the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions, the premier standards development organization for the communications industry. He also hosted the first ever Communications Solutions Summit with participants from industry leading analysts and clients.

Kevin's community has also benefited from his hard work, as he has served as chairman and founder of The Golden Apple Award for outstanding Houston Independent School District Teachers. He personally raised and donated thousands of dollars to recognize outstanding high school teachers. In this program he worked with Dr. Rod Paige, who currently serves as the U.S. presidential secretary of education.

Other philanthropic activities include serving as a planning committee member for the first-ever Susan G. Komen Swim for the Cure, raising $20,000 for the breast cancer foundation. He also served as a consultant and fund-raiser for Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas.
