Pamela (Horstmann) Patsley is a 1975 graduate of North High and a 1979 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelor's in accounting. She currently lives in Paris, France.

Pam is a senior executive vice president of First Data Corporation and president of First Data International. She has executive management responsibility for all global activities within the card issuing and merchant services businesses of First Data outside of the United States. She is responsible for leading and consolidating First Data's expansion into key international markets.

Previously, Pam was president of First Data Merchant Services, the merchant transaction processing arm of the business. In this role, she was instrumental in the growth of the merchant segment, which now accounts for one-third of Firsta Data's revenue and $1.4 billion in sales transaction volume processed each day.

As a founding director of Paymentech, Pam guided the company's initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange. She led the company through 15 years of double-digit growth resulting from new business and strategic acquisitions until the public shares were purchased by First Data in 1999. Pam began her payment industry career as a founding officer of First USA, Inc. when it was established in 1985 and was chief financial officer of the parent company from 1987 to 1994.

Pam serves on the board of directors of Adolph Coors Company, Pegasus Solutions, Inc. and Tolleson Wealth Management, Inc. She serves in a leadership capacity for several civic and cultural organizations, including the board of governors and trustees for the Southwest Region Boys and Girls Clubs of America. Pam is also a member of the Young President's Organization.
